DJ Die helped build Full Cycle with Roni Size and Krust and played his part in Reprazent's Mercury winning New Forms, but this Thursday night in Manchester is billed as an extended multi-genre set rather than a straight drum and bass one. That fits: his Gutterfunk label exists for music outside D&B, and side projects have taken him into boogie and disco. Dahlia Stereo Sessions run in the small music room at Dahlia on Lever Street in the Northern Quarter, held under 250 people and fitted with a handbuilt Hatchett Sound system. Entry is free and doors open at 7pm.
