One Love Promotions run Who Runs Bass as a three round contest for DJs and MCs from Wolverhampton and the wider region. Round 1 was She Runs Bass, this second round hands the decks to the men, and the strongest DJs from the series go through to a final on 5 December. Room 1 at YourHouse on North Street is jungle and drum and bass, with Room 2 given to house and garage, and established names play alongside newcomers. The night runs from 8pm to 3am on Saturday 14 November, with tickets from £10. Entry is 18+.
