YazminC is a Manchester DJ, vocalist and producer booked through Asylum Agency, about two years into playing out and already a resident for Off The Bloc and Bloc2Bloc, where she also handles the brand's content and releases. Her sets run from jump up and 4x4 drum and bass into dark rollers and dancefloor, mixed with fast switches and doubles and packed with her own edits and bootlegs, such as her Miss You rework with Tom Teez. She has played The Warehouse Project, HomeBass, Tearout Festival and Hit and Run, supporting Hedex, Turno, Bou, Aries, A Little Sound and Sota. She also runs Energy, a scheme offering free DJ lessons and set slots to up and coming women DJs and producers.
