Serial Killaz are Tera and Vital Elements, the UK duo who have shaped modern ragga jungle since forming in 2005. Their remix of Tribe Of Issachar's Junglist for Congo Natty got them noticed, and they have since released on Jungle Cakes, Souped Up, Playaz, Ninja Tune and Def Jam while running their own Serial Killaz and Streetlife imprints. They are the scene's remixers of choice, with reworks for Damian Marley, Marvellous Cain, Toddla T and Skream, and their own tunes such as Walk and Skank, Inna Dubplate Style and Man Ah Junglist carry vocals from Ward 21, Top Cat, General Levy, Tenor Fly and the Ragga Twins. They mixed the Jungle Cakes Welcome To The Jungle compilation with Deekline and Ed Solo and are fixtures at Boomtown and Outlook. Expect reggae and dancehall samples over chopped breaks and heavy sub, usually with an MC.
