Rubez is a Manchester drum and bass DJ and a regular on the small club circuit that links Manchester and Macclesfield, playing for Katalyst at Stage and Radio alongside STONY, Mark XTC, Wigman and DJ Silver, for Jam Sessions MCR and for REME-D's SURGE nights. A DJ rather than a producer, with no releases so far, the bookings put him firmly in the local D&B dancefloor scene.
