MC Strategy
Genres: Halftime, Drum & Bass
Strategy is Johnny Wheeler, a Manchester MC who came out of the city's hip hop scene with the groups Microdisiacs and Broke N English. His breakthrough was the vocal on Dub Phizix and Skeptical's Marka for Exit Records in 2011, which became a huge crowd singalong. He has been Dub Phizix's long-time partner ever since, on Buffalo Charge (Senka Sonic, 2014), on the FABRICLIVE 84 mix and at the Well Good Do night they ran together, which took over Room 2 at Fabric. In 2022 his track Carbon Footprint, on a Dub Phizix beat, was picked for the Need for Speed Unbound soundtrack. Not to be confused with the American electronic artist of the same name.
MC Strategy has 1 upcoming drum & bass event(s) listed on DNBRAVE.
