Colin Dale
Colin Dale is a DJ and producer from Camberwell in south London and one of the pioneers of UK techno. He came through pirate radio and was an early member of Kiss FM in the mid 80s, where for around 16 years he hosted Abstrakt Dance, a show of US and UK techno with Detroit guests whose final hour, Outer Limits, was given over to experimental electronica. He worked at the Mi Price record shop in Croydon importing US electro, house and techno, runs the Abstrakt Dance label and co-ran the Deep Space nights with Colin Faver. On old skool reunion bills he represents the techno side of the rave era.
