B-Key, credited as J. Birch, is a UK producer of breakbeat driven darkside jungle and drum and bass, and a long standing name on Scientific Wax, the London label fronted by Equinox. His debut 12 inch Man Of Science / 3rd Parallel arrived on limited vinyl in late 2011, and the Scientific Wax catalogue since includes Sanctuary, The Martian Surface, Red Sky, Run, the Dirt For Dirt Sake EP built on machine like edits and 1950s newsreel samples, A Little Love with E, a Man Of Science VIP and Atomic Haze. He has remixed Dom and Roland's Deckards Theme and appeared on London's Biotic Records with Facs and Scythe. Sub heavy, atmospheric and full of old school edits, his sets suit the darker, breaks led end of the scene.
