2 Bad Mice
Genres: Jungle, Breakbeat
2 Bad Mice formed in Hertford and Stevenage in 1991: Sean O'Keeffe and Simon Colebrooke, originally with Rob Playford, the owner of Moving Shadow. They were among the first UK hardcore acts to build tracks on breakbeats and part of the move that led into jungle and drum and bass. Hold It Down reached number 48 in 1992, Bombscare charted at 46 on its 1996 reissue with remixes on their Moshed label, and Waremouse was used in the 1997 film The Jackal. After a break from 1995 they came back in 2010 and launched the Over/Shadow label in 2020. Side projects include Playford's Timecode, O'Keeffe's Deep Blue and Black Rain, and Kaotic Chemistry.
2 Bad Mice has 4 upcoming drum & bass event(s) listed on DNBRAVE.
